The challenge
The biggest challenge went beyond building the product: attracting users, understanding their behavior and continuously adapting the experience to their real needs.
My role
- Defined the product experience, user journeys and onboarding
- Designed interfaces and built the frontend experience
- Collected user feedback and adapted the product around validated needs
- Led the cross-functional work required to take the product from idea to launch
Result
Pomodoki reached 200 users and recorded more than 50,000 minutes of focus. The project was later discontinued due to lack of funding.
